Shamrock Stamps

We used our heart foam stickers that we had left over from Valentine's Day and made shamrock stamps out of them. I hot glued 3 layers of cardboard together and then we put the heart stickers on to make our Shamrock Stamp. We used our favorite giant stamp pads we got from Oriental Trading Company and stamped away on our paper. My son loved making a pattern between light and dark green.

Oh that's a good idea. I have a ton of those heart foams left over.

Love this great idea. I also have foam heart left over and will be doing this with my girls. They turned out really nice.

I love your blog! This is lovely to make! We don't have this festival overhere in the Netherlands, but I can use this idea for making cards with the children or decorating things...thank you!

Cute idea. Cali loves stamping. I don't have foam hearts but I bet I could work on a potato. :)

Good idea on how to get more use out of the heart foam shapes. I hadn't seen those stamp pads before I was getting mine at a teacher supply store I'll have to look into this. They are probably cheaper through Oriental Trading.

What a great idea! Too bad I didn't pick up any of those stickers when they were super cheap after Valentines day. :( I have been wanting to do more stamping lately. Thanks for the inspiration.
