Egg Sun Catcher

I have been told many times by my son in the last few weeks that Valentine's Day is over and that we should take our hearts down that we made. I love them so much that I just didn't want to take them down yet. Today we made some eggs the same way we made the hearts from our previous post.

They look so cute on our sliding glass door.

Supplies needed:
card stock
contact paper
tissue paper
hole punch
cording or yarn

Those look great. I keep meaning to try that kind of activity. Where do you buy contact paper - the supermarket?

ABSOLUTELY! I have seen it at my supermarket. You can also get it at Target, Walmart or office supply stores.

Great idea! I have all of the supplies on hand...so why not?? Thanks for the idea! I haven't seen it done as an egg before, so this will be fun to do! We have the perfect sliding glass door that needs some kid-projects lovin'!

These are so cute you can use them for any holiday, just change the shape. Gma is excited about this craft, I bet she has C make one at Easter!
